Terms

These terms apply to this website and to inquiries made through it.

Inquiries and proposals

Sending an inquiry does not create a booking or any obligation. Every arrangement is quoted personally, and work begins only once you have agreed the scope and quote with us.

Partner services

Some services, such as travel documentation, transport, or accommodation, are delivered by trusted local partners. We coordinate them on your behalf; the partner's own terms may also apply, and we will tell you when they do.

Travel documentation

Requirements for visas and entry are set by the authorities and can change. We help you prepare and submit applications, but approval and processing times are decided by the issuing authority.

Website content

We keep the information on this site accurate, but it is general information and may change without notice.
